Websites like Craigslist are resourceful sites in giving you an idea of what you would expect to pay on a price per SF basis (sale and lease) however they only contain a small portion of what the market has to offer. I use comprehensive database tools that cover approximately 99% of all listings. In addition, I can share with you, which landlords are going below market based on your requirement.
